Adventure motorcycling was a true passion for Neil. It allowed him the privacy and freedom to be himself and not get swallowed up in all the fame and trappings of being a rock star. R.I.P. and ride on Neil, always in the wind.

cool! I've done that before, I watched him ride in on the TFE tour into Columbus Ohio. He almost ran me over. I was very nervous standing between the busses when he and Brutus rolled up. Thanks for uploading this!

Neil did own a Ducati 916 at one point: a gift from his late wife. He mentions in "Ghost Rider" that he kept it indoors and didn't take it out much, if at all.
