nope, no offiicial variant like that. you can give yourself more time if you like, but remember we were playing on hard difficult... if you play on normal, we found 4min was way more than enough to get everything done with minimal stress :)

My problem is I really hate anything to do with doctors, hospitals or words associated with them. It kind makes me freak out a bit and i am not sure i can go through the torture of that. it does look like a great game.

I can see alot people gonna like this. Theme also look very nice with kind of gameplay. But if i am going to play this i am going critical myself. This are not mine type of games.

OMG - that looks fun but very hard and high potential of yelling at everybody at the table - it even seemed too hard to deal with that amount of patients in only 4 mins - wow, so I guess you really have to talk through a strategy before and not bring in too many patients to take care off …. I'd like to try it, but would not find a group for this sadly
