However this is a live performance, a live performance that I have never seen before. Therefore I will NOT be scoring, evaluating, reviewing, or reacting to the song itself in any way. Great story about this show. There was a rain delay for soundcheck, that went on so long that by the time the rain stopped it was time for the show. That's right, this show had NO soundcheck, and they still sound this good!

Another one showcasing the fabulous South American crowds. On the dvd they talk about how freaked out they were by the crowds down there. Great react, brother! Rush 4ever!!! Nightwish 4ever!!! The Warning 4ever!!! 🤘😎🤘

I'm a long-time Rush fan, and "I feel great about that score", too! hehehe...Actually, from the start, I thought the entire Rio recording was a tad muddy, just lacking...sparkle, I guess. Great show, Dave!

Rush is simply amazing! Besides this live performance, my other favorites include "Xanadu"-Exit Stage Left "Working Man"-Live in Cleveland Time Machine Tour "The Spirit Of Radio"-Best Intro Ever Don't get me wrong...there are many more, but I tried to keep it at 3! In Glasgow Scotland we also sing along to instrumentals. You're so lucky to have played in South America. I've never got to play outside my home country. A friend of mine who I accompany is always going to the States on solo tours but I've never been invited yet. One time he got to jam with Glenn Tilbrook and Roger Daltrey on the Queen Mary cruise liner!

Hey David. If you watch the version of this performance that focuses just on Neil, I believe he missed catching the drum stick he throws into the air. The way this video is edited, they make it look like a catch Check it out and let me know what you think.

There's a video (I don't remember what it is) in which Neil Peart drops the stick, doesn't catch it... and hits with his hand and then takes another stick to keep playing.

I think they liked european bands just the same. Look at performances by jamiroquai and oasis. Neither band is my cup of tea, but the crowds in argentina loves them. One thing I've noticed is that most of the concert footage you find of these iconic bands are at least over a decade old. I wonder if it's still the same now that reggaeton and trap music have been the most popular genres in south america in the last decade. They've also managed to blend in with each country's regional music and that makes them a lot harder to uproot by other genres. The traditional 4-piece rock band has been kicked to the curb

I feel bit dizzy, I think the video could do with fewer cuts. Give me full second to appreciate things, it was not so bad in the whole song, but especially the beginning and some later parts were imho edited with too many camera angles in too quick succession.
