This is one of the most important interviews of 2021. Essential viewing for artists - especially up & coming for sure. That part about radio where he goes into the talk about time value of money (around 43:20) might be something to note down - was a good reminder for me personally to crack on with learning more about financial literacy and how to leverage and utilise my money to fet the maximum out of it [also love how the camera was panned to where Nipsey Hussle was lurking in the background during that segment].

I like both Russ and LaRussell so much. I love that they both promote getting it done independent and putting other artists on. And they’re both talented af.
