My pleasure Henry, just trying to be thorough. Of course you can have your eye up close to look around and select your target, then back off and see just the centre of the view / reticle as you prepare to shoot. But I'd be worried I could miss a newer/closer target in the foreground, or a hazard approaching from either side - while preparing to fire. Cheers. Russ

To me Russ, there just a more modern up dated version of the Phton etc, just my personal thoughts , ill stick with the Pard. Cheers

Thanks very much Stephen, that's for you to decide but I'd definitely handle this (and the alternatives) before parting with any cash. The Digex is so sensitive it's better suited to LCD IR illuminators, like the LCD Ludicrous Lumens Wraith. We believe it's designed for folk hunting prey like boar that are very wary of illuminators, e.g. moonlight only. Cheers. Russ

Thanks Bill, aye it kinda reminds me of a modern Yukon Photon RT, with massively improved/way more sensitive NV performance and many extra features -but @£1,150 it's almost double the price. Wait till you see the second unboxing I'm currently editing, the Pulsar Thermion XP50 Thermal scope... £4.1k, but very impressive performance to go with it! I'm now quite relieved these two scopes are no longer in my possession, they felt too valuable to have in the house / not in the gunsafe. Cheers. Russ
