just got this and the internal cartridge holder is rolling around inside this mean its a dud or is there a way of clipping on very annoying...cheers

Could you boil the water with the filter inside?? I thought you are supposed to remove the filter cartridge and then boil the water.

Why not, you can fill in water, wait until it is filtered and remove filter and start boiling filtered water :)

health wise absolutely not id recommend getting the glass brita kettle than the plastic one

The glass one with the filter leaves black specks in the water. I don’t know if that’s normal

GROSS Ive never experienced that but I dont use tap water and I clean the kettle regularly maybe send it back to the store and explain the spots cos I really dont think its normal

The thing that breaks first is the filter in the spout and it works out cheaper to buy a new kettle, than a new spout filter, what a waste. Its also NOT limescale free.
