Can we open it to clean as it is clogged and not producing steam

It's very difficult to get bad creases out, takes quite a while . The felt pad at the front came off I assume with the heat aswell.. Just got a conventional iron 🤷‍♂️

I don't think it's comfortable traveling with an iron. I assume it's not perfect but did it work decently for some time?

Does yours ever leak from the bottom? Baffled why there is a hole at the bottom that the water tends to leak from

I haven’t had an issue with any leaks . I don’t really use it very much 🙈

Nice! How did it work for like cleaning chairs in the kitchen? It looked nice for steaming. Did it work good on formal suits?

Yes. Think it was warming up still

I can't understand what I'm doing wrong. Brand new out the packet and it's not producing any steam 😶

Had the same issue I did everything it instructed including filling the water to the max mark , nothing happened after half a day of trying to prime , it finally started working when I tipped a half of the water out so it was only half full 🤷🏻‍♀️ worked for shorter period before needing refill reheat but at least it did finally work. Just grateful I never had to use it for my daughters wedding dress as it would’ve taken up too much time and stress .
