First time I’ve seen Russell speaking and being a Saints fan I was interested to hear what he had to say. I didn’t expect to see a football manager talking about Buddhism. I now have great hopes of Saints overtaking Leicester City in the league. Currently 1-0 at home to Sheffield Wednesday at half time and seeing this video fully expecting to win 4-0 in a calm and fulfilled manner!
