i’ve been a vegan for 22 years. Trust me you can make your own food and is not really about the term vegan because technically that somebody doesn’t deal with animal skin fur or anything like basketball sneakers but you could just make yams mushrooms or go to stores, they have jackfruit fish like Trader Joe’s. It’s so much that you can do but when you do crossover and change, you feel the weight off your body and you live better I’m 44 and I can still do the things I used to do it 24🎉

I was told that the psychological make up of why someone dislike meat/ flesh to eat is do to subconsciously that person did alot of killing/murdering/traumatizing people/souls, in many many past-lifes. Hitler did not like meat so...

Drink water exclusively, eat a balanced diet and work out 3x week. That’s all there is to it and yet only 5% of Americans adhere to this type of regimen. All of this vegan talk is just woowoo.

No it's not. Most of the animals sold here are processed and shot up with antibiotics. And most Americans can't afford to eat grass fed beef regularly.

Very nice counsel Mr Simmons if we would live according to the will Of God we would truely be eating healthy. God's idea for us was not animals it was fruits and nuts and grains and vegetables.and our first parents lived to ne over 900 years. God knows what is best for us because he made us. Let's read the word of God and trust God to help us put onto our bodies the things that are not harmul but helpful. Amen. Thanks for the good advice people need to hear this I did.

Global warming is a lie.It was hotter in the Middle Ages. The universe and world can clean itself. Pollution create carbon which the plants need to grow. Without “pollution” there would be no carbon. Currently it’s 0.4 carbon in the atmosphere if it goes below 0.2 all the plants and trees will die. So do some real study russell. And keep eating your plant based garbage that will kill us

I eat a plant based diet but I'm definitely not a vegan. Vegans don't rock leather or even sit on leather furniture because it's made from cows. Nor do they eat honey obviously. That's too extreme for me personally. Eating plant based has definitely helped my lifestyle though. I do eat fish from time to time so technically I'm a pescatarian. Peace

Now if someone could convince 10 Black people with platforms of hundreds of millions to at least try to come together and fight for some true complete outright ownership, full control and complete dominance of. JUST ONE INDUSTRY WE GENERATE 80% OF THE PROFITS IN BUT RECEIVE THE SMALLEST PORTION OF PROFITS. Yet we are the ones putting in the actual work that draw in the profits. We are the attraction. We are the foundation of rap, 98% of sports and so on. Yet we outright control and outright own and dominate not absolutely nothing industry wise. Convince some Black people to do that. It's 1000 to ZERO. WE not actually even in the race. Someone else dictates which small few us us gets what small portion is shared with us for what we do best. Humanity is well within it's rights' to cultivate and harvest Animals for food. Most of the animals being consumed are not wild animals! They're animals that would have never existed if we didn't cultivate them for consumption. Do you seriously believe a planet full of mammals could sustain it's self off of plants alone?
