And we see what has happened to the quality of their play in recent weeks. Remember the Steelers are also down 3 starters on the OLine and 2 rookies starting in place. Frazier has played very well most games, but not like he will next year and after that. McCormick has basically tread water, certainly not playing as well as the starter he had to replace. It's a credit to this coaching staff that they have won this many games against one of the top 3 toughest schedules in the league. Let's get real here people!

Russ is a one trick pony( Deep ball).Pickens absence has exposed Russ limitations. Check the run game since Russ took over. It has suffered.Since he started, he is the most sacked QB in the league. Said he put that game on him. He is the reason the Stealers lost this game. Russ is trying to use his legs more to show he can still run. That part of his game is not really good at this stage of his career. Kansas D is good. They get after the QB. Russ talks a good game. Lost 2 in a row, and a third could be on Christmas day. The game in Cincinnati is going to be tough. The shine might be gone. The team could actually end up 6 and 5 under Russ.

Russ was actually playing well but that fumble on the one yard line and pick six were devastating momentum killers for the Steelers. Truthfully though, I thought the defense was terrible out there. Was TJ even playing? He was missing in action for some reason. Maybe he’s hurt. I’m starting to think that without George Pickens, maybe Justin Fields needs to get some package plays inserted to create some splashes and momentum changes in the offense. Mike Tomin and Russell and TJ are tough leaders so I expect them to respond. Getting healthy is the key though.

You are not paying attention if you think that a team that can't play with a few injuries and a team that has no depth and a team that has a defense that gets gassed because they're on the field too long add a team that has coaching that is suspect and play calling that is even more suspect then you're just not seeing the big picture. This is not a complete team and it's not a Super Bowl caliber coaching staff and unless they get everyone back from injury they won't even be able to sniff out a victory in the playoffs let alone win another game in the regular season. But with all that being said, at least we are upholding the new standard of not having a losing season

He is a big reason for the loss. He fumbled at near the goal line and threw and interception where both turnovers resulted in points for the Ravens. He played poorly in this game and there is no debate on this. The defense didn't help the cause allowing a lot of big pass and run plays but they got the ball back with time to tie the game and Russ throws a pick 6 that ended the game.

We didnt need this win. We are playing the Ravens who needed a win and they were at home. Can't blame Russ here. I blame poor play calling by the coaches.
