I'm all up for police getting involved in pen theft. The amount of my pens that got stolen at work by fellow managers who had their pens stolen by other managers (not me) is ridiculous. I'm sure anybody who has ever smoked anything takes a similar views on lighters. Ten years in jail should do it.
