Russel, I’ve been searching for the correct method to send out invitations to customers to register for a series of scheduled webinars for the them to choose from. The only option I see is to copy the attendee invite and paste it to an email, which is just plain unformatted text. Shouldn’t there be a corresponding template for this? Am I missing something here?

You're right, Webex currently doesn't offer a built-in formatted invitation template for webinar series, so using an external email platform to create a more polished invite might be your best bet.

Hi! I'm glad you enjoyed the training session. Webex typically selects an alternative host based on predefined settings or manual assignment by the original host.
