I wouldn't then Putin would just take out Zelensky in a missile strike. It would be very easy for the Russians to end him right now. Ukraine has no effective air defense. Russia famously fought a battle with English trawlermen over doggerland, believing they were Japanese vessels!! They lost, attacking and sinking some of their own ships in a confused battle of half wits! Also, when they did eventually find Japanese vessels they communicated, with what they fought was another Russian vessel, indicating that they were there to fight the Japs!! They were actually talking to a Japanese naval vessel and the Russian fleet was promtly sunk by the Japs. Old habits die hard for the Ruskies!

Hell, I remember the Russian fleet sailed a very long way to be destroyed by the Japanese navy a hundred-ish years ago. And they loosened up a lot of UK fishing boats that were happily doing their thing, the Royal Navy actually let them go ... but the Japanese sorted them out. Win/win all around, no?

In many ways that is correct. Some US equipment can have some features remotely disabled if they dont want it used the way it is being used, but ultimately it is up to Ukraine to plan and execute it's own approach to defending itself. With that said, the US intelligence and evaluations are paramount to Ukraine's success, and the relationship the two countries have is one of cooperation

A train of 12 cars (7 passenger, 2 covered, and 3 open platforms) arrived at the Kherson railway station. In total, up to 550 servicemen of the AFU and 6 units of military equipment arrived. During unloading, the arrived train was struck by the Russian Armed Forces. This was just a banger of a show today! Awesome work, everyone! (Maybe the more Dom, the better? 😉) I really enjoyed the detail that Norwegian podcast guy went into about which ships were seen when and how they might be (probably are) related to the Nordstream pipeline blasts. I remember arguing with a Russian troll online months ago when they suggested it was Norway who blew up the pipes! I'm used to everyone blaming the US for stuff all over the world, so that was expected...but Norway??? I was so surprised that anyone would even suggest that! With respect to managing expectations of whats happening and may occur, perhaps knowledgeable media could explain phases in mil ops. Its been a long time for me, i recall many of the orders i received and gave, often had a prelim/preparatory phase, followed by ph 1, etc . Id suggest we are seeing a prep phase with some sound psyops integrated into the overall plans. If the flag attack was the UA, personally i would have chosen yellow and blue smoke...

There were two drones, 20 minutes between them. First one probably hit the same dome with little damage and two security guys climbed to investigate, and people nearby woke up and started filming.
