49 Africa representative showed up at the Africa Russia Sunmit, which included 17 presidents, and the rest representatives of a total of 49 countries in Africa were represented.

The west said Ukrainian grain was needed for starving Africa so Russia allowed a corridor for the grain to be exported from Ukraine. Much of the Ukrainian grain ended up in Europe, not Africa. Further, it seems the Ukrainians and the west used the ships to import weapons in their conflict with Russia. So, Russia refused to extend the grain corridor. Ukraine can still export by rail through its western borders. Free grain to Africa is a political coup at the African summit held in St Petersburg, Russia. But, even before this event, Africa was on friendly terms with Russia.

Why doest she say WHY Russi walked out on the deal. About the fact that only 3% of the grain was being transported to poor countries while the rest was going to countries in the West which was contrary to what was agreed. That the Russian Agricultural Bank would be reconnected to SWIFT to be able to process grain payments. That Russian fertilizers and grains would be able to be insured to be shipped to the poorer countries. Sometimes I'm surprised with the statements made by some of our African states officials. You do not need to be that clever to understand that Germany makes that much of money not because of the coffee itself but because of the brand. We grow coffee in Africa but we do not have our own brand and the technology for the processing of the coffee. What we need is to try and get the technology to process the coffee ourselves instead of blaming Germany for making more profits from the coffee they buy from us. Sometimes it's very easy to accuse others, but nobody wants to reason it out that, those refiners spends a lot of money to refine the products they buy from us before sending it to the market. So if we want to be making more gains like the western countries, then we must look to the technologies to be processing our products by ourselves. free grains that's good!!! hopefully does not comes with the clause "u must not buy from XXXX" or "u must buy from weapon from me.....". but usually the problem for African countries is corruption: by the time the free grain is delivered to the ultimate needy recipient, only a bit is left, and majority is allocated to the non-needy recipient like the army generals etc.

Can Indians please stop lying, Africa does not rely on Wagner, there are 54 countries in Africa, Wagner is only present in 5 countries, Libya, Mali, Central African Republic, Mozambique and Egypt. For some reason India forget that it is no better than Africa, their GDP are the same. Lastly, I know some of you might know but some of you are simply clueless about geopolitics and Africa's global outlook, Africa has now decided to expand it's choices of friends and potential allies, we no longer trust the US and EU but we still deal with them and in the next ten years, Africa will permanently replace the EU and the US with Russia and China. As for India, it is too poor and it's foreign policy heavily influenced by the US that it's footprint in Africa is blown away by the wind in a second.
