Russian losses are significantly less than nonsense espoused in Western media. What are their sources? Ukrainian MoD? Laughable. They are stealing weapons and selling on the black market. Senior military officials are suddenly purchasing design gifts, goods,, luxury cars 4x4s and apartments under their spouses names. They have been filmed by civilians and posted to Telegram, largely uncensored platform unlike the large propaganda outlets of NATO, specifically, FB, IG, KZbin. This website deletes profiles of members filming the atrocities in Donbas from the pro-Russian side.

@Inorepotatoes

@@LeonKakashi If a large portion of conscripts are inmates from prisons then I would think fighting would be a better alternative. More over there are Russian units called ''blocking units'' in Ukraine that will kill any Russian soldier that retreats or surrenders. obviously blocking units aren't everywhere but they are still prominent in many places. also killing the commissar would only result in your own execution/imprisonment. and finally fleeing conscription as you should know is highly dangerous. if you get caught you'll just be forced into the frontline anyway. As for they ''all have subpar AKs'' you can literally spend 15 seconds and find tons of images of Russian conscripts using mosin nagants. they are also missing any sort of body armour. most of their uniforms are just winter digi flora coats and not actual combat uniforms. and if they aren't getting a 6b47 helmet it's usually an old soviet era steel helmet without any kevlar or fibres. Basically the average man isn't going to risk getting executed/imprisoned for fleeing conscription nor are they going to take the risk of getting executed by a blocking squad if they retreat/surrender.

Only two points to make here; Russia has seemingly NEVER cared about how many young men are slaughtered, because they can always just round up some more, and secondly, I wish the media would not censor the carnage, because people will always be indifferent to war if they're never shown the truth of how awful it really is

all deaths in this war will be sad ones, since the soldiers on the front lines are also the ones who never wanted to fight the war in the first place. Russia literally has to resort to weaponizing vodka to keep their soldiers numb to the situation they’re in, because if they were sober they probably would fight even worse under the full reality of their situation. i reckon once the wars over we’re going to hear some really fucked up war stories from poor russian men forced to fight. What I am trying to say is unlike Ukrainians who are simply defending themselves, Russian want to kill Ukrainians, 70% of Russian society supports the war, you must understand nazi's are all evil, there are no "decent" nazi , so unless your saying some nazi are not bad people (I would argue that all nazi are evil) then I would say you are wrong . @katong1953
@katong1953 Жыл бұрын
@davidblair. Those who brought war most be condemned. That's simple enough. So, Boris Johnson, who as US lapdog emissary, killed the prospective agreement between Russia and Ukraine in April 2022, immediately comes to mind as one who must be condemmed and called to account. Going further back, the US empire and NATO, both foreign powers, who in collaboration with Ukrainian traitors, overthrew the democratically elected government of Ukraine in 2014, and replaced it with an illegal regime in Kyiv, which immediately banned the Russian language, and set out to persecute Russian speakers, and which events started the Ukraine war, must also be condemned and called to account. Even NATO's idiot secretary-general, Jens Stoltenberg, in a Freudian slip, has confessed that the Ukraine war started in 2014. It's on video, and I've seen it in the Alex Christoforou and Richard Medhurst channels. What about Vladamir Putin? For 8 long years, he told the people of Donbass to give the Minsk Agreements a chance, which therefore gives the lie to the propaganda that he wanted to recreate the Russian or Soviet empire. The definitve rejection of Russian peace overtures was Blinken's rejection of Lavrov's written proposal in 2021/2022 not to let Ukraine join NATO -- on the filmsy ground that Ukraine as a sovereign nation had the right to join whatever organization it wanted. That may be so, but the US, having promised Russia that NATO would not advance an inch east of a reunited Germany, had the obligation not to allow Ukraine into NATO. But the US was arrogant, haughty and morally bankrupt. Putin saw barbarians at the gates, and he had to push back. If Ukraine joins NATO, US empire nuclear missiles stationed there would need only about 6 minutes to reach Moscow. Putin had no intention to allow himself or future Russian presidents only 6 minutes to decide whether to end humanity. And now, we have this report that Russia had sent its troops in human wave attacks in Ukraine. The one thing that has marked Russia's strategy is its care to minimize its own casuslties. At the start of its special military operation, it had only 125,000 troops in Ukraine. So I'm careful about propaganda from Ukraine, the US empire and the west in general. Even today, the west is trying to turn defeat into victory with unrelenting 24/7 propaganda, much of it plucked from the air. The US empire and Europe have lost the Ukraine war. Watch it, the chicken is coming home to roost.

Why is this a tragedy? - Because all wars are tragic? - Because young people die and their mothers cry, no matter what side they are on, this is tragic? - Because the Russian commanders are stupid and don’t care about human lives? - Because their deaths are pointless and the pointless killing continues, no matter what? Sure. All wars are tragic. I fully agree. On the other hand, all of this could have been avoided, simply by NOT participating in the unprovoked invasion of Ukraine… The rapper kid could have tried to flee the country. He could have ignored the draft and convince others to do the same. He could have chosen to surrender immediately instead of fighting. He could have chosen not to follow stupid orders. His mother could have talked him out out of it. His mother, friends and relatives could have protested, turned against Putin, turned against the draft. And now that the “poor guys” (war criminals) are dead, his mother, friends and relatives could protest for peace, for an end to the killing, for a retreat of the army from Ukraine. For civil disobedience to prevent further pointless casualties. Since none of these actions were taken and still are not being taken, I continue to be APPALLED by the Russian leaders, by the Russian soldiers and by the Russian people. First, take some responsibility, then, and only then, there can be compassion from my side.

It’s communist Russia. Of course they can’t disagree with Putin, regardless of what their personal feelings are😳 At this point, we’re long past the point where the citizens of Ukraine, and the citizens of Russia, Care to be involved in this war! If the United States would allow Ukraine to sit at the table with Russia, I’m sure a peace agreement could be found rather easily! But There have been two or three attempts by the Russians to sit down and discuss this in the United States Biden, and stinking Blinken walked away from the table because they want war they don’t care about the people of Ukraine or the people of Russia they just want war they want to feed the war machine I’m sure they all get a cut of the things that we give you Ukraine you know like the big guy gets 10% think about the Biden family getting 10% of all of the weapons and funds that we give to Ukraine because that’s what’s happening it gets laundered in Ukraine and comes right back to The people who are in charge, we discovered that with the cryptocurrency deal and nobody gives a damn the media doesn’t pick up on it we the people don’t seem to care that this whole thing is a scam and they’re slaughtering the youth of Ukraine and Russia. You realize the average age of Ukrainian soldier is 45 now that means ALL HEALTHY MALES ON BOTH SIDES UNDER 30 ARE NOW DEAD😳 UKRAINE IS NOW USING MEN AND WOMEN UP TO AGE 70 AT THE FRONT😳 It also means that there’s no breeding stock good healthy, breeding stock left alive to rebuild the population of Ukraine, and likely Russia after the war ends!

You would think that they recognize lies. How could they possibly think Ukraine is their land? But we have the same level of delusion in the Republican Party. What a terrible waste of human life. As an American. Many Americans have absolutely no problem with the Russian people. Its these inept and corrupt old men that both Russia and the United States have as political leaders. That cause these pointless and endless wars. These old men sending these young men to die. This is truly sad. Let us pray that this conflict in Ukraine does not escalate. I pray for both the innocent Ukraine and Russian peoples.

" _Many Americans have absolutely no problem with the Russian people_ " I would bet that most Americans have zero experience of Russian people. If many Americans had the same experience of Russian people that many Europeans do, then I would venture to suggest that these Americans would find that they actually do have a problem with Russian people. I'm generalizing of course, and there are exceptions, but the typical Russian tourist is someone best avoided.

It is most likely a conservative estimate at this point: yesterday around Avdiivka were reported 17 (yes, seventeen) repelled russian assaults. Putin announced around 400k people joined the army in the last two years, and I suspect that they barely cover the losses, and that is why he also announced that the armed forces would be "enlarged" by 170k. They are taking fields full of their comrades bodies, it is worse than the AustroItalian front in WW1.

If anyone comes into MY house with a machine gun and wants to kill me, im not gonna boil a pot of water for tea and serve biscuits🤷. its THEIR responsibility to say NO to putin, NOT UKRAINE!!!! its ridiculous, right??!

They have barrier troops watching them from behind at all times. Retreat or surrender, and you'll be shot. In the areas where there are no barrier troops, Russian soldiers retreat or surrender right away. They are not completely insane, their commanders are.

LMAO. Crimea and Donbass were taken from Russia and added to Ukraine (a nation that didn't even exist before WW1) by Kruztjev only in 1954. Probably to please his Ukranian mother or whatever. Russia has suffered and lost the most under USSR rule. How many of the USSR leaders were actually Russian anyway? Not to speak of that region actually being THE roots of Russia. But what do you know? This is just one of many such videos spanning nearly 21 months where Russian soldiers or Russian mothers or Russian wives call on someone in the government to help their soldiers. And they still don't realize that no one in the Russian government cares. But let the videos continue. The rest of the world can view them and see Russia's government for what it is.

You're wrong. Russian mothers and wives demand their soldiers to be better equipped not to stop the war and stop them invading, destroying and killing. The obvious reaction to the death of such a soldier? Their families blame Ukrainians defending their country, not the russian tsar who sent their sons and husbands to die.

For starters Russia is a huge country with a large population, for it's leadership, losing a few million "meat" is probably no biggie. As for the Russian people, well, this is what centuries of Tsar rule and serfdom does to a nation - "do as you are told, and you will prosper".
