Vladimir “Poop Stain”aka” Putin’ out and ready to pout” Putin could have mobilized his propaganda’d out robots to fix the interior of Russia but he continues to turn whatever he touches to rubble while he hides in his Kremlin castle bubble. volodymir Zelenekski is nothing but an inspiration and he commands respect. Absolutely 💯 many people forget or don’t want to realize that a large portion of the Russian population supports this war even when they have found out about the atrocities in Ukraine. Yes the propaganda is an issue but many are far from innocent. Standing by like those who did in WW2 even when they knew genocide was happening. Those who do not support Ukraine support genocide.

Because they Don't tie them to the legs because that takes too long. They run circles around the back legs with the tape, then feed it around the outside of the human and chair legs. This binds the person to the chair without making it taking a long time to tape them up. As you see there's multiple chairs, and they'd take people in and out of them multiple times.
