One thing I noticed with your comments and rebuttals is that North Korea can and will be able to adjust their army and tactics simply because of Russia's cash payments for troops and the technology they are receiving with the cash for their troops lives. Russia will have trouble fulfilling their obligations because of their staggering losses, but it has been promised. You can also guarantee that North Korea will definitely get some of the cash and technology promised, especially if Putin wants still more NK troops to be given in a second wave of cannon foder. Your LA water comments were a mixed bag. The water shortage had nothing to do with gnd water. LA has 3 large water tank resivours that come from a lake from up north the FFs used it all up after 12 hours. The pump from the res could not handle the demand. FFs used tanker trucks only on thursday for gnd operations

City of Los Angeles and DWP are responsible for failing to upgrade/expand the capacity of the water system to handle the needs of a fire in the Santa Monica Mountains. More pumping stations, more than 3 million gallon water tanks, backup generators for pumping stations. It doesn't help when Mayor Bass cuts the LAFD budget by $17M reducing the number of fire fighters by a few and (reportedly) over 100 fire fighters fired for not taking the CoVID vax have not been replaced. Also, DEI hires as Fire Chief and Asst Fire Chief (that says your husband got himself into a bad situation when talking about her ability to carry him away from a fire... because it is more important to have LBGTQ+ and/or females versus the most capable person to help people... rescuing be damned.

Update: Reportedly a local reservoir was empty and offline. Unknown if the reservoir was empty due to a lack of rainfall this season, mismanagement (i.e., improper release of water) oe a combination of both. Also, if the reservoir was empty then is would be of limited to no use in the fire fighting effort.

Enforcer I just watched a seminar with Elon Musk as a guest speaker. Elon mentioned AI has indeed run out of information available to learn from. However, what AI is creating and learning from is called Synthetic Data. It is writing scientific papers across all industries as a student would who knows everything. Not only is the rest of the world going full speed ahead with drone development. But they are also developing anti-drone technology. Such as 30mm guns firing explosive shells that can fit in the back of pickup trucks or any other larger vehicle. Could be mounted on a tank as well. It is not the gun that is special. It is the radar and automated target tracking with automatic firing. It's a low cost SeaWiz. The explosive 30mm rounds detect the drone as it gets close then it explodes to sent shrapnel into the drone like a shotgun blast. If you have say 3 of these guns they can likely take out an entire swarm and do so for less cost. The South Koreans and the UK have laser weapons that can hit a silver dollar dead center at over 1km away. I am sure the US has similar technology. So you put the lasers on the outer perimeter and the 30mm guns as a form of last resort closer in. There's also microwave focused beam direct energy weapons that will fry the electronics of their targets. They just drop out of the sky permanently cooked. They are also working on advanced tech to transmit power via directed energy beams. Imagine being able to keep a drone swarm flying indefinitely, recharging on the go. Totally false about NATO warships in the Black Sea. The UK's Type 45's were in there a while back having some fun with the Russians for example. The Convention rule is over number and tonnage (it's 15,000 tons, which is actually kinda a lot, for warships) - and the Istanbul Canal will totally bypass it anyway if it's ever built.

When you speak about the losses you are quoting Ukrainian fiction. In fact almost every day Ukraine loses 2000 soldiers. Yes now and then they win a local battle but everywhere along the front they are in retreat. In Kursk their losses to date are around 50,000 ……it has been an utter disaster.
