Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov on April 25 threatened to downgrade diplomatic ties with the US over the freezing of its assets. This comes after US lawmakers passed 'REPO ACT' last week, along with a $61 billion military aid package for Ukraine. The so-called law authorizes US President Joe Biden to confiscate more than $6 billion of the $300 billion of frozen Russian assets sitting in US banks. Watch
