I doubt they will win. Lose about 100 thousand Ukrainian soldiers and conquer only 2 very small cities (the rest of what the Ukrainians conquered were just empty fields with strongholds and empty villages) and for this they lost half the army? Yes, it looks impressive on the map, but Putin is doing the right thing by withdrawing troops from positions that he does not need. Since now ukraine lost 190k soldiers so that means they still have 50-60k remaining active personal and 200k in reserve, russia lost 300k troops so they still have 700k active personal and another 2 million in reserve. What actually doesn’t add up is how, Ukraine destroyed more than 400 tanks more than 250 helicopters, then the destruction of a ship, while winning the navy battle all though Ukraine doesn’t have a navy. Oh let’s not forget the 40 jets by ghost of kyiv , and lastly 10 drones in one day? This definitely doesn't add up. If this was true Russia wouldn’t actually be anywhere near Ukraine after these losses some reports “allegedly say how much their losing”.

At this moment, is using only the proffesional troops. The 900.000 reserve troops are not in combat. Thats why zelenski is asking weapons. They have enough soldiers to combat but not enough weapons. Russia has mobilized its BEST troops in the war, the "proffesional " ones. They have been using spetznats in combat. Even Chechenians has been using. If Ukraine army achieved to destroy the proffesional army russia he Will be forced to use the reserve. One thing is the quality an other thing is the quantity. Russia's army is not like US army. US army has a Big and proffesional army and can mobilize also national guard. The russian army is in a middle of proffesional and national army. And this is just off the top of my head, the amount of military conflicts Russia has taken part in is insane. And no, the USSR never won against Finland. We received no help from the allies and were fighting against one of the worlds largest nations basically on our own, but we still only lost minor parts of our territory after years of fighting and caused massive losses to the red army. And no, don't act like ya'll were the good guys back then. It's crazy how most Russians keep forgetting about the existence of the Molotov-Ribbentrop pact.
