Russians hit the plane with a missile launched from Pantsir-S system. The missile overshot and detonated a bit above the fuselage. The plane kept on flying despite the damage. Pilots asked for a chance of emergency landing in Grozny three time. Russians declined, hoping that the plane would crash into Caspian Sea en route to Aktay. I am very happy that 28 people survived the crash and will be able to tell the truth. Russian airspace is not safe to fly.

If a Surface to Air missile had been shot at the Airliner then it would have immediatly crashed at the Grozny airport and never had a chance to fly to azerbaijani city Aktau for Landing , because the damage from Missile is too great .

This is bull crap. The plane reported distress and sought emergency landing in Grozny but was rerouted due to bad weather. It then drifted off course for a while before it finally came down and had a crash landing. This suggests either a bird or drone strike disabling the plane partially, that may account for its long drift off course. A plane that is shot, does not accept a weather reroute to land at an alternate airport. A plane that is shot does not drift off course and the di stress signal to Grozny did not indicate any messages of an impact or explosion. The plane did not break up in the air, or nosedive, as would happen to an aircraft that is shot. There would hardly be any survivors in a plane that is shot down. The dead pilots did their best to maximize survival, Why is First post echoing Ukronazi propaganda to vilify Russia, when not a shred of evidence is presented to support the shot-down theory, and on the contrary eyewitness videos of the crash show a flight in distress

The Caspian Sea region needs to be off-limits to aerial attacks. There's far too many neutral countries and flights in the region. Ukraine conducted multiple kamikaze drone strikes in Chechnya in December 2024. If Ukraine wants to target Russia with aerial attacks in the neighborhood, then it should restrict itself to the Northwest Caucasus alone, not the Northeast Caucasus.
