So the solution for this & to get a 'Successful Resolution' is to start your resolution from February 1. For that Jan month, make yourself prepared for the resolution. Like you wanna join gym. Just don't go for it on January 1, instead try from February 1." I myself did this. Next year on 2025 Feburary I'll complete 2 years & start the 3rd one of my gym, fitness & healthy lifestyle. So at least for me, this concept worked 1000% ❤
