Dr. Francis Fukuyama is the Olivier Nomellini Senior Fellow at Stanford
University's Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies (FSI). He is
best known for his book The End of History and the Last Man. He previously
served as Director of the International Development program at SAIS.
