"Largest country in the world", as if that actually means anything. Our grandparents developed state of the art flying machines. NASA even went to the moon (240,000 miles away). That was in the 60's early 70's. Today we cannot even send man past low earth orbit (400 miles up). We have been trying so hard for many decades to duplicate past results with no success.

While the F16 does change up the game. It is not going to change the war that much. People seem to think that if Russia starts taking hits at home they will just fold. It is not going to happen. This war is going to last a lot longer and sadly with a lot more lives lost on either side.

Everyday Russians need to feel the war and realise it's for nothing and going nowhere. When 300,000 ppl get displaced, the power is out and more friends are having loved ones coming back in body bags it puts pressure on Putin. Maybe ppl will finally revolt or protest against the war. Either way hitting Russia on their soil and taking land shows that Ukraine can fight alone they just need help from allies. Some thought aiding them wasnt worth it

No, that is not what is currently going on. The F16s currently going to Ukraine were produced for and sold to Denmark and the Netherlands decades ago and have served in their air forces until recently. The US is not supplying them indirectly to Ukraine, since they aren't owned by the US. They're second-hand jets, sold with the permission of the US (for arms there's usually a resale clause preventing sale without the permission of the manufacturing country).

I know it has not really ben mentioned or theorized in these kinds of videos. But I am sure this has been the plan from the start. It was reported early on into the war that there were Ukrainian pilots training in Nato nations. The reason the US and Nato did not send more aircraft is a lack of pilots trained to use them. As more pilots finish their training more fighters will be sent to Ukraine I am sure.

@@haribo836well incidentally the same ones that are apart of NATO, are the very ones who are putting restrictions on the usage of weapons. So indirectly one can accurately say that "NATO" is restricting the usage of weapons on Russian targets inside of Russia. Dont they make those decisions as a conglomerate, not individually? As in what benefits NATO and its allies? Now if the ones who were putting restrictions on the usage of their weapons inside of Russian territory not apart of NATO, then you'd have cause for completely disregarding OP's comment. There is truth to both comments, though granted with a bit more open mindedness and a different perspective regarding OP's concerns.

I can imagine when you see Putin and all his pets sitting around a table with him, listening to him rant on and on and on, they are probably thinking '' Will this idiot ever stop talking trash ''.... I bet there is very little interaction between them, I'd say it's a case of '' Putin talks and everybody stays quiet and listens '' Putin likes to control everything and he has the joystick in his hand at all times. But that is his downfall because he listens to nobody, takes advise from no one, he gives the orders and everyone follows them, then he blames everyone else when his instructions fail miserably...Very much like what Hitler did in WW2. He blamed his generals for all the battlefield failures, even when they attempted to advise him and warn him, Hitler rebuked them.

@IWillNotAskAgain 10 күн бұрын
It's crucial to understand that there are significant differences in America's war machines made in different decades. The USA consistently upgrades all of its war machines to ensure they are always at the cutting edge of technology. For instance, the firepower and protection of the F16 made in the 70s were significantly upgraded by the time the 80s F16 model was operational. Therefore, when it is stated that Ukraine has operated F16s since the 1970s, it's not entirely accurate because those earlier models have either been upgraded, replaced, rebuilt, or are in storage. This is why all of the US military's war machines do not have the same nomenclature or designation and design. Although they may appear similar at first glance, there are substantial differences in the interior and exterior, including payload capabilities, speed, maneuverability, and survivability. The personnel operating and maintaining these vehicles are of utmost importance. While a new plane or tank can be built, the experience and knowledge gained by dedicated operators and maintenance personnel over years of service and training are irreplaceable. Their leadership is not confined to doctrine but has been shaped by life experiences, which is why many former active-duty members become influential leaders in various fields. Creating a new generation of leadership hinges on the dedication and expertise of these individuals, and their contribution to our society goes beyond their military service. But... The subject of personnel doesn't pertain to the war machine entirely so let's end this here. Are you good with that? Great. Keep your head up Ukraine 🇺🇦 and don't forget who your friends were when you were in trouble once you get back fully on your feet. Rangers Lead The Way

I don't understand why they don't put a Anti-Theft remote control self-destruct systems on these jets. Or any special technologies. If the technology is that sensitive then this would seem useful to fo this. They could do damage directly to them if they took the technology back home.

It makes a lot of sense for the US to have others send the jets first, The jets they send will need to be replaced, Replaced with the f35, so the sending countries might buy more f35s, If the US sends f16s then it wont generate sales... Its all about the money.

I have heard the F-16 & F-35 come in different tiers of greatness. I would like to know what kind of assurance we have that US weapons will not fall into Russia's hands. Is it true that every piece of equipment, including munitions, has a microchip embedded to reveal its location at all times and can be blown up by the DOD If needed ?

WHY has everyone forgotten about nukes?? -- Former Russian President Dimitry Medvedev: "Imagine if the.. offensive, which is backed by NATO, was a success and they tore off a part of our land then we would be forced to use a nuclear weapon according to the rules of a decree from the president of Russia. "There would simply be no other option. So our enemies should pray for our warriors' (success). They are making sure that a global nuclear fire is not ignited," he said. --- Now do you get how serious this is??!
