Bigger pellets attract bigger fish but the main reason why people go for 8mm is because bigger pellet SHOULD (idk if the game works that way) stay longer in the water before disappear So if you want to test new location or do fast fishing - use 3 mm so it melt faster and attract fishes faster but disappear faster if u want to stay for some time or lure more fishes - use 6/8 because it's aroma is stronger (should be), and you should be able to attract more fishes because it wont disappear that fast At least that's how it works irl

Yeah that's how it works in real life but not in the game. Bigger pellets only attract bigger fish when they are used as main bait. However the size of the pellets in groundbait attracts the same size and amount of fish no matter what size they are, so any size will work. Also the size doesn't affect how long the pellets last. When you make ground bait the quality of the groundbait is what affects how long the groundbait lasts and how well it attracts fish. The groundbait actually has a time stamp stating how long it lasts in it's information screen. Usually quality 10 groundbait lasts around 19 hours and has the highest attraction rate.

another great vid.. i di lots and i mean like 20-30 hours of testing between the spod rod and slingshot for Groundbait and found no difference between the two.. so i would say get a sling .. and try to lvl Groundbait to 100% and bottom fishing to 100% then use PVA.. but still testing PVA and sling and will let you know my results.. GG love the vids thumbs up from me... yep always make a groundbait that compliments the bait you are using

Honestly I think really the only difference between spod and sling is the spod allows for a lot more groundbait delivered at once. However with the spod it kind of sucks cause you have to remake all your wet groundbaits into dry mixes which can get expensive.

interesting, I would have thought you would cast farther with the weight of rocket + dry mix closer to the upper limit of the rod test and not in the middle. At least in terms of physics that makes more sense.

Yeah I agree, but in the end I think when the weight is closer to the top end you get more bend and flex in the tip of the rod. Because of the extra weight and flex of the rods tip it negates the tip of the rods stiffness, which normally helps to "fling" the rocket further.

It could be, but you have to remember Bear is fickle when it comes to bite rates. You'll be going along catching a ton of fish then boom it just stops. Groundbait helps a ton, but it can't help if there's no fish there in the first place.

@@midnightgamingmysticnightmare Hi Mystic Its Eddbanger from twitch m8 :) great video and yes the pronunciation Is wrong to Europeans, as it looks like your miss reading the description of the round baits, like a boiled egg, the round bait gets its name because of the way it is made, so that's the clue it's a round boiled bait, that turns a round paste bait into a hard-boiled bait hence the baits name "BoiL iES" pronounced like "BOIL is"
