So informative Mystic, Thank you. Just got to Amber with my Alfa 8s..They are tearing it up. Very underrated reels in my opinion.

just a note about the popup boilies and size.. they are wrong on the english verisons of the game.. i.e. balckcurrant 18.. is not an 18mm boilie its 20mm in the english version but on the russian version it says blackcurrant 20.. and is 20mm.. there are a few boilies named wrong like this.. but there is a guy i have been speaking to that is going to bring this up with the devs to get it corrected.. great vids by the way thumbs up from me..

@@midnightgamingmysticnightmare side note i have the natora and i hate that reel.. line capacity is not the biggest issue.. more the gear ratio.. for big fish i would not go any more than 4.7:1 as any higher and it becomes hard to reel the fish and drains energy faster aswell.. and as for the model one feeder just look at the weight of it.. it is a very very heavy rod this also drains energy fast.. but i do agree it is a great rod.. but there are better ones for the silver.. but everything else you have explained is very good and for new players to amber .. very informative. Gg keep up the great work.

@@SkilfulDTS1 Yeah I figured the natora, even though it seems great, wouldn't be up to the jobs. With the model one rods I just decided to throw those in because most people would be coming from Volkov and I figured that that majority of them would already have the Model one feeders. Just wanted to let them know they could be used on Amber. Cheers for the comment bud.

@@karolisxz2058 You know I started checking out the actual color of clay and noticed it is red. I'm thinking I need to jump into making my own braided leaders just so I can get a good red one. Just sucks being coloring blind, makes it difficult.
great info! but it is boillie, not ballie **BOIL** lol my Husband and I thought it'd be funny if someone made a drinking game out of this video. drink every time you say BALLIE not boillie! lol

how about the Everest 2? 22kg drag for 11.5~?
@midnightgamingmysticnightmare3 жыл бұрын
The Everest 2 has a 22kg drag. That alone makes it capable of catching anything at Amber. it's got a decent line capacity and a 46kg mech weight so it would also be fantastic for trolling Tung or Tuba as well. It's fairly expensive though. You could do the same thing with the Caliber 80 slc and only pay 5k for it, then save up for a Tagara or Venga. Up to you though.
@hawxxi74093 жыл бұрын
@@midnightgamingmysticnightmare i got 1 Everest II and 2 Gold 80 s ( a Long Time ago the go to) is the 3,5kg drag Upgrade to the Caliber then worth it? 5k is alot for almost lvl 28 :P for trolling i got a steelhead 600-R :S Thanks for the quick answer btw, i watched a ton of videos today from you, keep it up!
@midnightgamingmysticnightmare3 жыл бұрын
@@hawxxi7409 Well your Steelhead and Everest II would both be fine for trolling. Your Everest II would also be fine for carp fishing but if you're going to start doing more bottom fishing you're going to want to replace your Gold 80s so you can bottom fish with 3 rigs. They will work for now as starter carp rods for Amber if you use around a 22kg braided line with them. However they are a little light and you may not be able to pull in a trophy Mirror or Leather if you hook into one. I would either replace the Gold 80s with a Caliber HSV for cheap, or a Caliber 80slc for more cost but more stopping power. That way you can either troll or bottom fish and save money for your Tagaras, Magaras or Vengas.
