Russian Iskander Missile Rips Apart Ukrainian Military Base; 'Huge Loss Of Personnel...'

A Russian missile strike near Stetsovka village in Sumy Region, northeast Ukraine, has caused extensive damage to a Ukrainian military convoy. The Defense Ministry in Moscow released footage showing the attack, believed to have been carried out by an Iskander-M missile.
