they used to mark the spoon with a number on the inside that stated the delay time. I know some F1s were also marked 0 for no delay so it was always a good idea to check them before use.

Sadly only 1 of the 2 have anything written in them and it looks like lot numbers or something.

Actually that is not true. They played with the idea of 0 second delay but it was never put in production. The number has just something to do with manufacturing.
