A Russian missile has struck a multi-story residential building in the Ukrainian city of Dnipro, injuring at least three people.
The strike also hit a building of Ukraine's security service, Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said.
Zelensky has described the attack as “Russian missile terror.”

When the Russians aim a missile at a building it no longer exists. It would be a hotel for soldiers or base full of important NATO / Army planners or something of that nature. If only the top of the building is hit it was probably a Ukrainian SAM missing the Russian missile/s and crashing back to earth. As the news guy said it was just the top of the building that was damaged so it was not a super explosive Russian missile was it ???? If it was a real Russian Missile they would be showing us the pieces of it and the serial numbers from the casing etc. You need to be very careful and questioning of the news or propaganda you get presented by BBC news. What they don't tell you is that Russian missiles bound for military targets have been intercepted by Ukrainian air defence and missile fragments from both missiles have landed in a residential area and have caused damage and casualties. Russia regards the use of missiles against civilians both a tragedy and a waste of missiles when they should be used against strategic targets.

Russian missiles have of course directly hit residential targets from the early days for the war. Remember the apartment buildings in Kiev that had cruise missiles slam straight into them in Feb 2022? Or the maternity hospital in Mariupol? Or blowing up the POW barracks in Olenivka? POWs are not a strategic target. I don't really care if it a deliberate massacre (Olenivka), inaccurate missile, a deliberate missile, or intercepted debris. Either way Russia has killed tens of thousands of civilians and POWs. God knows how many civilians are under the ground in Mariupol. We will only know after it is liberated and forensic teams start a massive war crimes investigation.
