I beg to differ. If you don‘t get that image in question in full resolution to inspect, you won‘t be able to see any artefacts. MJ and other AI image generators have become better in a weekly basis and with the correct prompts and a few attempts, you will get a gpod image to work on in a post-production app like PS. From such a video thumbnail, you could not spot the fakes in an image when done correct.
