Not a big rap/hip-hop fan, myself... but Eminem is a brilliant lyricist, and Dr. Dre is a brilliant producer. As a rock, country, and blues musician, this type of music is a huge departure from what I'm used to. Still, my fave rapper is Snoop Dog--also produced by Dr. Dre

Congratulations on the start of your eminem journey, be prepared to be blown away. You're probably going to struggle with alot of his newer stuff as it's full of homophones, double, triple and quadruple entendre, idioms, similes, cultural and historic references, that most first language english hip-hop and well educated listeners miss but I'm sure you'll appreciate the versatility, skill and creativity he has. Might be worth just starting with his first album 'slim shady ep' and working your way through his huge discography, you'll definitely see his progression of lyrically genius and brilliance this way, and grow your channel faster, not that you really need it but it'll definitely be beneficial. Uncensored versions are much better too btw.. hopefully see more eminem reactions from you soon. Eminem will be a lot of fun/work for you if you dive in further - he is one of the most talented lyricists ever and is known for his rapid delivery, metaphors, and double/triple/quadruple (etc) entandras (a figure of speech or a particular way of wording that is devised to have a double meaning). It would be a great way to enhance your understanding of English, but will be exceptionally difficult to catch a lot of it not being completely fluent in the English language. There are actually videos of Harvard professors using paragraphs of his lyrics to teach their students.

Anything Eminem will get you views. Been listening to him since the 1990s. He just got inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, which is crazy, especially for a rapper. Years ago Eminem was the one who gave the speech to induct Run DMC into the Hall of Fame. They were the first rappers to ever do it. No he was not arrested for his lyrics lol that’s impossible in America because of our first amendment. Congress made him give testimony in court after his second album but there was nothing they could do to actually punish him because of the constitution. It is literally impossible to put people in jail for lyrics or words that aren’t directly threatening in the USA. Which I think is a good thing , they can get sponsors to not sponsor you or you can lose as revenue but if your popular enough there is nothing the actual government can do to stop you. I think that’s how the entire world should work actually, because you get some really good anti establishment art out of it . Things need to be that way, if you’re scared of going to jail because of what you say then people won’t say what they really feel
