The whole movie is worth it. I remember when Sugarhill Gang's Rapper's Delight and Blondie's Rapture came out. I was about 10, and they changed music. Later, Aerosmith and Run DMC would do it again with their version of Walk This Way.

In the US, alot of people who are involved with street life identify themselves with a 3 digit number which is the area code of the region they are from. So if you represent "three one three" your representing Detroit area. Two one two is Manhattan, for example. ..and so forth.

@@RussianReactionReviews В продолжение темы рэп культуры - если в Америке поначалу превалировал гангстерский рэп (как сейчас - не знаю), то в России - "подъездно-пацанский" (если его можно так назвать). Потом тематика рэпа стала более обширной, например, стала затрагиваться философия, политика и так далее. А сейчас в тренде в основном рэп "новой школы" (хотя я и рэпом то могу назвать это с трудом - так, ванильные сопли какие-то). В целом, российские рэперы постоянно оглядываются на Запад, в частности, на американских исполнителей. А про баттлы - в России это появилось позже, чем в Америке, да и в основном с подачи русскоязычных рэперов, которые жили в западных странах. Пик популярности рэп баттлов в России пришёлся на прошлое десятилетие, когда видео баттлов набирали десятки миллионов просмотров. Сейчас в этом плане затишье - рэперы из новой школы любят просто клепать незатейливые песенки, перенасыщенные автотюном, и не стремятся участвовать в баттлах.

А если всё же решишь снять реакцию - у него есть также очень популярный клип "Город под подошвой" 2015 года - я на Ютубе видел много реакций иностранцев на него. К слову, "Город под подошвой" гораздо приличнее, чем "1.Kla$" - с другой стороны, тексты американских рэперов тоже из той же оперы) Жёсткий рэп он везде очень похож.
