Hi Max and Julia, you have a very helpful content. I have been in Russia for 4 years now and i am still struggling with this russian language. Being 50 and not seeing much progress, i was about to give up when i found your channel. Watching your videos and understanding your discussions has given me some hope. By the way i am french, i speak english fluently (that's why i came across your channel) so why not CC in french then ? I could transcript your text for you if your wish. I have time and this would be a good exercise for me.

Hello Julia and Max... I all agree with what you said about technology but one thing. Paying through the phone.... I know that you cannot get flight tickets without card or smartphone... But for whatever I can I pay using cash... once real money is removed we are like slaves and under massive control. In this case more comfy does not mean good. As much as we can we should delay replacing real money with digital money in the cloud. Chinese are testing money with expiry date like social welfare for unemployed... As I say just in that one case .... handy and easy and comfortable is not enough to use phone and cards to pay... I pay cash in all places I can... Please think about it... That is a golden cage but still cage... Especially that your children may soon be on the way haha It is for them so they would not be slaves... Everything else I do agree

Сегодня я заметил, что у вас нет многих subscribers. Мне интересно, почему. Это действительно классный канал. Вы знаете, как получить подписчики? Может, если вы переименуете канал на "Learn Russian with Max" было бы лучше? 🤔 Anyway, keep on the good work. 💪 This is the best Russian channel for intermediate learners that I have found. The only problem is that you choose the words so well, that when I speak with "normal" Russian people, I don't get anything. 😁 But, anyway, I think that your way of talking is really useful. I get most of what you say, and that makes my brain get used to Russian. Каждый день, немножко лучше) 🇷🇺 🐢...

I enjoy all your subjects Max and (Ulya) I have very rudimentry Russian but keep listening and learning. I would just like to say I hope that you and Ulya are not too affected by this stupid international situation happening in Ukraine instigated by the Americans ( I am no fan of Putin either) but in this instance I think he is acting in defence of his Country. I would not like Nato to close to my borders. I hope you are raising above it all. Thanks again.
@alvarobarcala2 жыл бұрын
You say that because you haven't been in Ukraine. I've been several times in the last years and they are brutally terrified by Russia during this last decade, having thousands of people killed in the border, the main source of their economy (through Black sea) blocked by Russian navy already for some years... so many of my Ukrainian friends are desperately asking for help (money) in social media, and asking people if they can host them in their houses, and an invasion is imminent . Politically I've been always against the Nato, and my love for Russia has been strong since little, but we are in a moment in which the whole planet should be very very very afraid of Russia. Ukraine is a free country, and if they want to belong to the EU or to the Nato they are very free to do so, that is not a threat to Russia (Nato trops have been always in the other countries that are in the West border of Russia, and that's never been a threat for Russia, it is very naive to believe that current Putin's claims about national security because of Ukraine is true, he simply wants to keep control over all ex-soviet countries as possible). You are supporting a brutally totalitarian and aggressive government which hold that crazy Euroasian imperialist concepts. (plus remember actual Russia is very little, 95% of that country are imperialist colonies no matter how much they call them republics).
