Shotgun traps can be easily shot out... Triangle Foundations with stairs can still be built on if you had a wall instead of a foundation on your building plan... and you can still build over the mass high walls you just didn't put enough effort into building across and could have used a triangle floor and door with a box off the side

Isn't there a slightly cheaper way with just building triangle foundation low to the ground, build stairs up to it, destroy foundation, build stairs up to the other stairs, then sheet metal them up? I think it's the same concept, just maybe a bit fewer resources than the full triangle. Also you have to be careful the stairs are low enough into the ground that another player cant use those to start their own twig foundation. Great video and series! Really loving your content here!

Great video! However for the stopping of raid tower with the low walls simply place a foundation then stairs at the end, then after that destroy square foundation and put another staircase lined up back to back then add low walls! Much cheaper and easier nonetheless great video

No. You can not place underneath the ground. Foundation steps are considered over the ground even if part of them is under.

Not trying to be rude but this is a waste I can still get up.... place ladder on stone Barricade and climb up tell I take damage and build off your base using 1 square and 1 triangle then place a ladder off the triangle to climb up and build from there...... now for all the stone walls around it's a waste to do so because you might as well spend the reso to build a bigger and safer base

That's not the right thing to do . Cheaper to just add onto your out not up. Make a long base not tall. Then add walls on top to stop rockets hitting 4 at one time.

there is absolutely no way you can stop anyone from getting on your roof now even if they don't have explosives ... it just depends on how long it will take them and trust me .. any of the methods shown can be bypassed in about 10 seconds with triangles blocking twig you can build walls from the stairs up a lot, build a raid tower as close as possible and jump from wall to wall until you can build on the base with a lot of high walls you can do what you did on the video but jump from a higher place and build twig under you before you reach the high external with a turret you can drain it (takes more but it takes a lot to make turrets too) with 2 high externals without taking any damage and having full cover from the enemy base at the same time the turrets on the roof will never be prefectly placed so you can jump over them with a bit of luck or just shoot them down in 30 seconds or take your time with bows and arrows (an arrow does 5 damage to it i think .. so 4 guys shooting at a turret will destroy it in less then a minute ) and i could go on .. there is absolutely no way to make it so people can't build on the base .. with normal bases that is..there are some bases that i prefer to keep to myself that you need explosives if you want to get on the roof (no overhangs or anything...just glitches that don't allow you to build twig or ladders near the base)

You can place a full wall on bottom of steps then just ladder up....
