I find it mind-boggling that in her interview Hanna stated it was mind-boggling and crazy that 2 people were shot by one round. Close quarters and a higher caliber weapon like a .45 is asking for a thru and thru into someone else potentially. Also, gun safety maintenance is far more than just checking for a clear barrel.

The production company was negligent in NOT DRUG TESTING the film crew. I bet half of them were taking some type of illegal drugs, and/or marijuana. Especially on a film project that incorporates on the set many different kinds of genuine authentic firearms.
