I wish I had the knowledge and equipment when I was 16 and riveting in thin sheets of metal and covering it with Bondo. If I had the equipment and his knowledge, I would have finished by '68 Plymouth.

You may want to drill some holes on the bottom of the doors so water can drain. That looks like a design flaw.

A Lot of work cutting and fabricating. But, you should cover up the interior and engine compartment when cutting, welding and grinding. Saves time and possible damage that could happen, safety third!. Good Luck!

This is just a Nissan Micra with a fancy body. You can get a turbo kit for the engine. Would make it better in keeping up with modern traffic.

Should have zinc/weld through primer on it, and if possible the inside of the panel aswell, I'm repairing a 1990 JDM Datsun d21 that makes this look like a walk in the park ATM, and work on other nissans or JDM cars and specialy in UK climate everything has to be prepped , treated ect it it will rust again, And waxoil it once clean ect in the panels and floor

Your welding with the battery still attached, how did you do this when a battery attached and live during welding can have bad impact to the electrics and electronics. There are electronics even in older cars like this one for voltage regulator and alternator plus can even be other instruments and ignition.

why did you not cover the engine with a sheet to protect from the mess and a sheet cover for the interior as it will have been heavily covered in dust and dust smells I know I create the same mess especially when I an an grinding down old filler, I have a cloud around me so I have the Vacuum on all of the time.

For the sake of your future, I would urge you to wear proper safety equipment when welding, grinding, and using a wire wheel. Gloves, long sleeves, full face mask and at least close toed shoes. It’s no fun getting those wires stuck in your skin, or hot welding sparks burning your skin, but even worse is the risk of skin cancer from the very intense rays put out from welding. Otherwise I really enjoy your videos and wish you a successful future.

Maybe he wants him to organically grow his fanbase for himself, otherwise it will be Sam's fans following him then they will get turned off because he won't have the same quirks and features as Sam. that fiber glass is the worst thing u can use :'( u'll unable to see the rust... cuz it is under the fiber glass :// use filled putty instead. ( if the rust comes out again. u can see that, cuz its drop off the putty, or "bubbles" appear n he chassis)
