You built an amazing pontoon. Even the $80-$100k pontoons can’t compete with yours. Great job and your wiring under the bar is SEXY!!!! I’m a stickler for organized wiring. Only thing you asked about is the motor. Too me it looks like it’s sitting to far in the water. If it was that low with just you it will be even further down with more weight. I’m no expert on this but just judging based on how it looks. Overall great job! Love the channel and always look forward to seeing what you’re up to.

Man i woulda just weld that little piece missing than to replace the whole frame part is not actually safe if is not plated plus your getting out the strength of the frame it can easily get unwelded and cause more damage in the future...

the engine is fine! leave it alone threw the whole video i never seen you TRIM THE MOTOR UP. Now if the reason you kept the motor down was because if you trimmed the boat was up to high then yes lower it but for God sake buddy trim that girl up when you start moving!!!

Easiest/best way to fix those control arm mounting holes when they rip is to bend is back as best as possible and weld washers on each side to use as the new holes. With the control arm mounted in it's also clamped tight. Will never go anywhere.

Motor is way low.

That fire extinguisher needs to be instantly accessible. Fires double in size every two minutes. Just imagine if it takes you three minutes to get to it. I know it isn't pretty, but a fire is a whole lot uglier. In fact, I'd have two, one in front and one in the rear because that firepit adds another place that you are at risk.

I don't know about boats, but I do know cameras. The picture quality of that drone is well below today's standards. It is like so many car manufacturers' terrible reversing cameras or a cheap dashcam bought online that are often referred to as 'potato cameras'. If you are happy with it then that is fair enough, but personally, I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole.

That is one sexy Pontoon boat build. Congrats! Most outboards are surface drives. The middle of the prop should even have the riding plates of the pontoons Seems you need to raise the Outboard up a bit. I used the same kit to build my small houseboat. It's nothing fancy like your gorgeous build. Just a master bedroom and a kid's room with bunk beds, a kitchen, shower, and toilet. I use it for camping on the lake. Got tired of renting a houseboat 4 times a year.

Love your toon...some water patrol may have issues with the toons lit up while you are under way on the lake. Also,while small kids are on the boat having no fence on the back is a safety issue?. Keep up the great work one of.my fav builders on you tube!!!!
