for that shot with the slingshot you could try masking out the water and applying CC Force Motion Blur!

Hey brother, awesome work. Thank you for sharing! Did you have to get a film permit for the syrp timelapse over the water or just run and gun?

Maybe using frame blending for the slingshot time-lapse would help to get rid of the hectic feeling and make it appear a bit more like it was shot with long exposure photos...
@samhuddson7 жыл бұрын
I was going to comment that too. I reckon it'd help a lot
@Passio7Jd7 жыл бұрын
I don't think using frame blending effects on footage with obivious camera motion will work as good as static shots. Especially with such a long distance/fast paced travel compared to a normal slider shot or panning shot.

Great video as usual. I'm almost fully invested in the Syrp system myself. All I need is the slingshot. How many times did you have to run the preview with the slingshot before you got the right composition?

4 years late here but would it be possible to use two stands (say a mini mombo) and some sandbags (i.e. 35 lb) to attach the Slingshot to?

I also take Timelapses and it's so boring to wait until the Timelaps is ended. What do you do in this time? And how long is it at your timelapses?

Ser denne videoen etter å ha stått ute i 3 grader for å ta en timelapsen. Kjenner smerten din fra kulden. Tok den i Trondheim så var heldigvis ingen snø
