@@PJO_Anime The funny thing is that even the immortals eventually join Hades. In the Gigantomachy the giants are killed, many titans are imprisoned in Tartarus after the brothers overthrew them, and Zeus has been avoiding the same prophecy his father Kronos had that the Zeus would birth the next generation that would overthrow the Gods. Tartarus doesn't even imprison humans, it is only for immortals. Even some primordials reside in Hades, though IDK if that is due to them being dead or just choosing to reside in the realm.

As a greek i feel proud you guys made a song about the olympian gods , also huge respects for being the only people to pronounce Hercules correctly , and yes for those who dont know its not Hercules its Iraklis/Ηρακλής , also Connor's bar " like yeah so ? like greek greetings " might have been unintentional but in case it was intentional thats fire cause "yeah so" sounds very close to yeia sou/ γεια σου which is a sentence for greeting people like saying hello.
@bonrex2390 Жыл бұрын
You guys did great on this. It sounds amazing and you guys knocked it out of the park with the verses. Many praises, few mistakes. Overall a great job. Rustage thank you for calling him Heracles, not Hercules. So many people tend to make that mistake (at least i think that's what you called him, in the lyrics on the screen it says Hercules.) Focus on the 12 Olympians was a good addition to your verse and the focus on Zues transforming and having ill-advised one night stands. The "they can't even reach the peak" was very clever addition good sir, well done. There were several smaller mistakes that I honestly don't blame you for missing. Mostly Zues doesn't produce lightning, it's a weapon. Hephaestus makes lightning bolts that Zeus throws and Zues has a Master Bolt that for some reason he barley uses. Since this is Zues you are writing for and not Jupiter (yes they were very different even if it doesn't seem like it on the surface) the Apollo bar was technically wrong. Apollo only became recognized as a Sun god during the Roman era, but he wasn't in Greek mythos. There he was just god of medicine, music, prophecies and truth, archery and dance. But the verse works and it flows nicley so, you know, who gives a fuck. Once again i don't blame you because like only a small percentage of us who even study this know it. You did really well. Connor did a great job as well. He talked about Poseidon and his domain, mentioned Heracles again chastizing him which was hilarious considering Poseidon absolutely dispes Heracles. The Athens bar was also not only well placed but embodied the entire event. Really strong writing. There was a good opportunity to mention the fact that Poseidon is the god and creator of horses, basically go into the Athenian conflict a bit more, but as it atands it is still really good. Shwabadi did Hades absolute justice. First of all people forget Hades is the oldest of the brothers so often it kind of becomes infuriating so to hear that specific verse was awesome. Mentioning both Chronos and Typhon was something i wasn't expecting but it was so cool to hear regardless. Finally Cerberus bar killed me, what a way to end the part. There was a small thing in the Hades verse that cought my attention tho. Tartarus specifically was a part of the underworld, not the whole underworld. Also it is a living being so Hades would be the god of Hades or Underworld, not Tartarus. Also missed opportunity to mention the other 2 parts of the underworld, that being the Asphodel Meadows and Elysium. All in all, you guys are absolute chads for this. Great song, great rapping and a well desrved score of 9.5/10.

@@Quasari001 there are like 5 areas in the underworld each with a different god that it is named after, in terms of an underworld area it is as I said, in terms of a primordial god, you are correct, it is also the place the hundred handed ones (hecatonchary) now guard and keep the titans locked in and yes I'm fairly sure neither are ever depicted

As a person familiar with the mythology THIS IS GREAT, I’M NERDING OUT. Idk if the song writer was a nerd before hand or just did the research for the sake of the rap, BUT EITHER WAY MAD PROPS! Absplute Banger!
