OK .. watching the head get rebuilt on that screw that broke .. that I found amazing. That and the creative use of other items to replace gaskets and the spout for the sausage casing. Well done.

I have seen shishkabobs style meat sticks on the American television food channel, but have never actually eaten meat made in this way. I found your video to be very interesting as to how meat kabobs were made in an East European country in a bygone era. Although I would never eat anything, especially raw meat that went through a machine which was in no way certified food-safe by the USFDA, the kabobs did look very tasty and I was impressed at the way the meat was mechanically attached to the stick. Great video, keep them coming, you are really good at restoring old machines.

Nicely done, but have never seen food safe paint? Baked on enamel...yes. Zinc coating....yes. Teflon coating....yes. Even leaving raw cast iron, and let the fats in the sausage season the tube, like before stainless steel became the standard, but never paint. Don't contaminate your foods....100% on the build....10% on your painted idea choice.

Great video. I have a small sausage stuffer and put it away when done, but that is a showpiece, that should displayed.Good trick using the bend and the stick, I'll try that with mine. Keep up the excellent work.

можно было и люфты все убрать, а то разобрал покрасил и собрал. у нас это называется "накрасил губки". да и винт сломанный можно было просто заменить, и зажимной винт сделать чуть длиннее, он же крышку толком не прижимает.

Nice job. If you want to paint bolts, but keep the threads clean, I’ve found poking them through an upside down egg box helps a lot.

No sólo el resultado fue bueno, sino que la pusieron en funcionamiento y celebraron comiendo el producto elaborado, que parecía muy apetitoso. Los felicito. Me queda una duda y me encantaría saber si pueden responderla; imagino que algunos de los objetos restaurados decretan comercializarlos, de lo contrario ya no debe quedar lugar en su casa; pues son muchos los objetos que le grato recuperar. I would have poured Babbit Bearings into the two main shafts that were elongated from years of use. Additionally, zerk fittings or cup oilers would be needed with food grade lubricant!

I don't know, I haven't heard goose sausages, but goose liver 🤔🤪 yummy. In the Czech Republic, goose with yeast dumplings and cabbage jí. Well, I guess what will be for lunch at the weekend 👍😁

OK several things here: 1) Where's my barbecue stick...? 😕 2) I like it when people show a bit of initiative...like you did when using the centre of that old food processor bowl... 3) that white paint... Suitable for use near food...? 4) the wear on those gearshafts... You can use a bit of plastic sleeve in future to eliminate that... 5) I like the colour....and the white letters... There's too many on Utube trying to bling up stuff like this...and it ends up looking wrong... 6) it shows that you don't have to own the biggest lathes and the most expensive milling machines to achieve good results...

Nice restoration. It would be helpful to label the liquids you use so we know what they are. Finally, no offence meant but I prefer your vidos that end with the pretty lady ;-)
