Rustic Outdoor Shower and Kitchen Part 3

This hand-built from recycled materials outdoor kitchen and shower is a work in progress and is also a temporary solution until we develop something more permanent. In the meantime we really enjoy using this during the Spring, Summer, and Fall.

Where did you get the shower head. I need one. I have the same hot water heater. The shower head that comes on it is awful.

Unfortunately that shower head was found at a thrift shop, so I have not found another like it. However, we got another shower head that works even better at our local tool/garden shop. The shower head in this video was good while it lasted, but after awhile it failed. Seriously, anything you can find at a hardware store will be better than the horrible shower head that comes with this water heater 😖 Hope you find a good one!

Where do you recieve your water from?

Casey Wolinski There is a well about 300 feet away through the woods. We have a few hoses hooked up to the pump up there, and the other end is hooked up to our water heater down here at the cabin. We get our drinking water from my dad’s house up by the well.

Nice kitchen! Could you cook on wood though? I'm currently using a stove that was actually made in India for use there kzbin.info/www/bejne/amivqp6QoNCCq9U I guess you'd want something with a chimney though?

What did you use for foundation? Is it dirt floor or di you put pave stones or gravel?

It is just a dirt floor except for the shower. I laid bricks down for that.
