how can I use rust powder on a metal wall?

Hey Stacey I love the idea... not sure how you'd achieve it as the wall is vertical ... I suggest you get an understanding of how the medium works by doing some test samples and then problem solving your idea... not sure you could do it on a vertical surface... ☺
