Its not a railway lamp , its a road safety lamp.

Very nice, but I always thought light's of this type were used for road work and barricades, not so much railroad.

I have one but I don’t light it. The lenses are plastic and start to soften from the heat. It was almost at the point of melting but thankfully I caught just in time.

Are the lens plastic or glass? I have one but the lens is plastic which makes no sense

NICE JOB, my friend! BEAUTIFUL RESTORATION! I love old oil lamps! I'm curious, what kind of media are you using for sand-blasting? Do you switch it up or always use the same type? One small critique...It would be nice to see the areas you are using body-filler on, "close-up" before & as you are using it, if possible. Keep up the great work! Looking forward to more vids!
