Bladerunner was his crowning glory, but for me Rutger as the Hitcher is one of the most chilling serial killers I’ve ever seen acted. However, the film plot, and characters were lacking in depth and overall the film seemed a confused lightweight mix between slasher horror and suspense thriller. Maybe if Jonathan Demme or Ridley Scott had directed it and spun their brand of suspense, memorable cinematography, and psychological nightmare it could have been an incredible film.

I love Rutger, but he was asked a very obvious and simple question and tried to evade the question because he didn't know how to answer it. Only until his vanity was appealed to by the person saying "I "would be proud as hell" did Rutger attempt to answer the question. Again, I love Rutger, but it does display out very human nature in feeling comfort thought praise
