Hey does anybody know if this is the right Rutgers Mission Statement? As part of a Business School in a major public research university, the Department of Accounting, Business Ethics & Information Systems is committed to the advancement of knowledge and preparation of future leaders for business and academic careers through scholarly research, teaching, and service, as set forth below.

Possibly the Big East's last chance at a national title.
@tauras88d16 жыл бұрын
this was the game that i predicted rutgers would win big and start USF dowmslide in the big east and it did. 3 straight confrence losses. USF derserved something after their early season sucess in 2007 but not a #2 BCS ranking. they got that because they were a florida school, but their ass was kicked out of the BCS quick and it stayed out. and that brutal 40 pt. beatdown oregon put on them in the minor bowl proved USF is no powerhouse and dont belong, they just won a few lucky games.

if you saw the report on this play they had a report done on it and USF practiced this play before this game even started not to mention how obvious it looks on this video

There are fumbles that are accidental, and fumbles that are intended to push the ball forward illegally. I had seldom seen the latter before this day, and here it happened to many times in a row. It was clearly the strategy they set out to accomplish.

haha fair and square. on 2 pivotal bad calls that even the sports announcer said were bad calls. If either of those calls were reversed(both should've been) we would've won.. you can't argue that

I was at that game. Row 20/02 in the Nosebleed rows. I was so happy when they won. Whenm everyone rushed onto the field, the only thing I could think was "This is a beautiful sight to see."

And I'm unwilling to disregard the facts that professional athletes often act unprofessionally on the field and break rules all the time. If they consistently try to get away with interference, why wouldn't they purposely fumble and make it look like an accident? Similar things happen in every sport. Refs exist because we can't trust players to follow the rules on their own.

Its pretty funny all the youtube football jockeys who think that just because the ball went forward it should be ruled a forward pass. I would love to see some of them in pads, running full speed after a loose ball, and have to dive forward to try and secure a ball thats bouncing up from the turf and see if even once they mishandle it and it goes forward. Because if they even once miss it - their whole reasoning is shot. Refs arent supposed to delve into the minds of players on REPLAY.

Funny you mention you had seldom seen the latter before this day, probably because you don't watch football at all. Not that hard to tell considering your awkward word choice and verbage, and use of the word "cheating" to describe a football play. "Cheating" is using a corked bat, or moving your golf ball when nobody is looking - not running full speed and trying to secure a bouncing football while diving to the ground.
@Senruset13 жыл бұрын
@ls1eater It's against the rules, and they tried to employ it to get ahead and almost succeeded. That's where "cheating attempts" comes from.
@Senruset12 жыл бұрын
I appreciate your enthusiasm, but I'm not very interested in football, so I probably won't investigate too deeply into your videos. I will, however, at my earliest convenience, review the 5-year-old footage of the game above and explain to you why I believe those players were purposely acting to illegally move the ball forward. I'd also like to point out the distinguishing fact that this is a college football game, which is under stricter scrutiny for following rules than professional football.

watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=WBftTSLKHVY - 3 raiders players cannot recover a fumble thats sitting on the ground and they end up pushing the ball forward.
@yourmox12 жыл бұрын
And tell me, what would it look like if instead of you knowing 100% that he was trying to push it forward (since you are a mind reader) he simply COULDNT GET A GRIP ON A BOUNCING FOOTBALL WHILE DIVING RUNNING FULL SPEED?? Hint - it would look exactly the same. Unless you are going to sit here and tell me that 100% of the time people could easily corral that ball, using simple logic tells you that if he doesnt the ball would go flying forward. Not sure if Physics is even taught at UCF though..

here's jerry rice, hall of fame receiver, losing the ball untouched (which, in your definition would be cheating) and then and then 3 different players dive to try and control the ball and all end up pushing the ball forwards. Please shut up now.

are you kidding? usf was shit in 07. they got lucky vs wvu by 8 points. usf lost to uconn and cincy after this beatdown in piscataway. the last chance was the ville in 06 but who upset them that year? oh yeah! RU
@rutgers282512 жыл бұрын
usf was terrible in 07. they got lcuky vs wvu and didnt even finish ranked. after they lost to cincy, they never got back in the top 25. they got crushed in the sun bowl vs and unranked oregon team who is better but not as good in 07. the ville had a shot but wouldnt have won the nc. get real. usf- crap team with loyal fans. the best fan base in the big east and up there in the country. still not in the top 3 in the big east cuz ru cincy and the ville are top 3 ALL SEASON EVERY SEASON
