It's an older episode: From season 2. So they changed the format since then to be more supportive and more in the energy of Gok. (i.e. the producers got a clue and stopped doing the conflict narrative.)

I’ve believe “not my day, not my say”. She looked stunning in dress #1. Her face lit up in dress #3. I feel she settled for #2 because her mom had tears. I always look at my daughter’s face when she is asking for my opinion in clothing. I want to see the smile coming from within and it always shows on the face.

The first one was the best. Stunning in its simplicity, it allowed her beautiful figure to shine and she looked like a goddess. She could have jazzed it up with jewelry and a fancy veil if she wanted more bling. Also, I've had enough of obnoxious, hurtful, manipulative moms controlling these bridal appointments.

And that’s so often the case with these bully moms. They are so critical while sitting there with hair that’s not even brushed. The worst ones though are the ones that make snide comments about the bride’s figure while they sit there looking like a frog on a stump. And I suspect that many of the mothers bringing their “vision” to the table never had a wedding of their own at all and are determined to have their dream wedding vicariously through their daughters.
