Ruud Breuls has been playing trumpet in the WDR BIG BAND since 2014. Ruud about his instrument: "What attracted me to the trumpet the most was its sound. It just carries so beautifully. I still enjoy that every day!" (Ruud Breuls)
Since 2014 Ruud Breuls is a member of the WDR Big Band. He finished his studies at the "Hilversum Conversatorium" at 1988; since then he is teaching at the University of Amsterdam and has been playing with designated jazz musicians like the Becker Brothers, Bob Brookmeyer as well as in several designated jazz orchestras like the „Metropole Orkest“ in Hilversum, the „Dutch Jazz Orchestra“and the „Jazz Orchestra of the Concertgebouw“

Hello Stefan, the name of intro of all Personal Sounds Videos is "Repercussions" composed by Michael Camilo and arranged by Michael Mossman. If you mean Ruud on the trumpet, - this is part of his solo tune "celeste".
