I'm glad that Bob's alive! But I agree with Hank it's time that he stopped covering for his dad and start putting himself first for once. I understand that's his father and that Adam loves his dad but Adam needs to draw a line somewhere with his dad eventually and start putting his own career first. I was laughing too when Bob said it would ruin our name no it will ruin his reputation not Adams! Adam's reputation is known as a good cop. Just because Bob's known as a compulsive gambler and is known not to pay people back that doesn't affect Adam's career. @@omarcogle1965 Al was always the voice of reason around the squad room and he probably would have given him some sound advice -- to think before he reacted and think about the long term effect of his actions. So was straight old school in his actions and way if thinking. That was messed up how he was taken out (written out) of the show. He is missed.

@@marlenesheffield8777 True, but like Adam, Al was always loyal from the jump, to Hank and to Intelligence, and sometimes did stuff behind the scenes. When Jay got suspended during the Lonnie Rodiger murder in Season 1, Al checked up on him. When Jay got kidnapped in Season 3, he reached out to Erin. The way Al went outbwas messed up, but at least he got Justice.

I am so mad about that. I see both sides though, Burgess was scared and uncomfortable with the way Ruzek was acting. Ruzek was just doing his job and was trying to tell the truth. I understand why Burgess didn't believe him but i also see why Ruzek was hurt that she didn't believe him. Its kinda hard to pick a side because i love both characters so much

I've been upset about this for days. Burzek have been through enough. Almost anyone can see that they are supposed to be together. The writers are making drama were it shouldn't be. They give us so much Burzek content. She was beside him the whole way leading up to the incident. She hasn't been this affectionate to him for a long time. Since S7 finale she has acted closer to him. What was the point? I sure hope their goal is to make it that if they can come back from that they can come back from anything.

They've been through enough. Burgess has everything thrown at her since season 1. And Ruzek at least a few times being blackmailed by Woods, going to prison, loss of a child and now this.

Adam has been through many difficult times lately and has had to face difficult personal growth and alone. It is the first time that we see him speaking about his feelings in a sincere and painful way. He is now ready to be the man, husband and father that Kim and any woman would want on his side. Adam discovered that the one who was not ready to surrender to this love totally is her. Kim should no longer have any doubts that this man loves her and now it is her turn to discover where Adam's limits really are, that in her blind loyalty they go further than hers but not so far as to murder in cold blood. . Now I understand that he put her against the wall or you love me like you loved me before or I take off because he can no longer love her like he loves her and she treats him like a dog. It is her decision. In my opinion she will fight for him, she has always been in love with Adam and now she will love him much more for the man he is today.

Kim has been saying things like he didn't mean it when he said he still wanted to date, or if it was crazy for them to sleep together. They were going to Makayla out and eat like a family. The writers are so frustrating in that way.

On the Kevin situation, you can understand where he was coming from on that, in recent seasons, Kevin's been going through some stuff as well, and not to mention the argument he had with Hank in the beginning if this season. Adam's gone through stuff as well, not just this season. At the end of season 5 and beginning of season 6, him and Antonio got into it. Kevin and Adam are always going to be boys, but sometimes their friendship is going to get tested, it's not realistic if it's not.

I don't like how they flipflop from his dad being a stellar cop back in Voight and Olinskys day, to being a crooked lazy cop. First episode, they doubt he is up to his father's legacy, implying Disco Bob was his own Voight. Same goes for when he was shown to be "undercover" then in this episode he's shown to have never been much of a cop. Then when Ruzek was undergoing medical evaluation, it is implied he had a fall from grace when he was injured and began backsliding. So, which is it?!
