RV-10 Build: 04/24/2021 - Brakes!

Lots up things going on this week. New fuse cradle, brakes fit, rudder cables, etc. Getting ready to start on the top in the next few weeks!

Looking good! I like the overhead view! In my opinion you should save your money and use the camera you already have. It provides sufficient clarity to show what you are doing. Thank you for sharing your experiences with us!!

Hi Gill The new camera looks pretty good thank you for putting it up. You are moving right along with this build. Are you going to put another engine in this airplane like you put in the first one?.

Not entirely following. We are likely going with an IO-540 at this point. Would have loved to go with a jet-a option but there isn't one available at this point.

Hi Guil, nice video. Just wondering where you buy your CherryMax rivets? Also, do they make CherryMax rivets for both #30 and #40 holes? Finally, do you need a special rivet gun to set the CherryMax rivets? Thanks.

I usually search for whomever had them cheapest. Ordered 100x CR3213-4-2 from PilotHQ this time around. Keep an eye on eBay as well, they often pop up cheap there. Unfortunately they only go in #30 and larger. I use a normal puller for cherrymax. CherryLock requires a special puller.
