Seems like a good size zapper to hang by the door of the rig to catch anything coming through when you open the door to get in and out. The battery life is more than I expected it would be.

That is a good idea. I'm guessing the main idea is to use it as a lantern when camping and have the zapper on.

they don't really catch mosquitoes enough to brag about, maybe a few unlucky ones. all it really catches are moths, flies and beetles/junebugs

I think it is.. they didn't pay any attention to it and don't think there is any way they could touch the zapper part.
