CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE RECIPE
1/2 cup salted butter softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 10 oz package chocolale chips (you can use any flavor chips you like!)
2 2/3 cups sifted all purpose flour
Beat butter, sugars, eggs, baking powder, baking soda, and vanilla until mixed. Stir in chocolate chips then sifted flour. Chill 1 hour in refrigerator. Measure out approximately 1 oz dough. Form and slightly flatten. Bake on parchment lined sheet pan at 350 degrees F for 8-10 minutes. Cool on pans for two minutes before removing.

Sweet sweet! Chocolate chip cookies and brownies are my downfall! But I’m super picky about chocolate chip cookies lol. They have to be a bit crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. 😊 I know elevation and humidity really can affect recipes. It’s crazy!
